| Dr. Vincent Tobi Ogunro Dr. Vincent Ogunro is a founding partner of the SNESystems with extensive expertise in sustainable civil infrastructure development. He has over 27 years experience in project development, quality control and management in various projects both in Africa and the USA. Prior to obtaining his doctoral degree in geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering, he worked as a senior project manager with the National Electric Power Authority (NEPA), Nigeria. While in NEPA, he worked on and supervised several civil engineering projects such as power plant construction, and transmission line systems. During the last 12 years, he has led research, design, construction supervision and quality control in pavement, foundation, site characterization, waste containment, geoenvironmental engineering, green and sustainable development projects. He approaches all his projects with multi-disciplinary focus and holistic favor. He is a renowned expert in long-term performance of construction materials and forensic engineering of failed civil engineering infrastructure systems. Also, during the last 10 years, he has served as professor and researcher of Civil and Environmental Engineering teaching both graduate and undergraduate level classes as well as performing basic and applied engineering research. Vincent Ogunro loves to contribute and volunteer to the community. He is a board member of non-profit organization, Hope Charlotte. He is a founding faculty of the Engineers without Boarders (EWB) chapter at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. |
